Your role at Badport

As a Project Manager, you are the link between our clients, our design team, and the skilled craftsmen who bring each project to life.

You coordinate projects, keep schedules, quality, and workflows on track, and ensure that outstanding planning results in exceptional execution.

You won’t just manage construction sites—you’ll guide projects with responsibility, clarity, and a strong commitment to quality.

Who we’re looking for

This position is for you if you:

  • have experience in the plumbing and heating (HVAC) industry
  • enjoy organizing and managing projects independently
  • work in a structured way and keep an overview at all times
  • communicate professionally and courteously with clients
  • are confident making decisions and taking responsibility
  • prefer being part of a strong, well-organized team rather than working alone in chaos

A Master Craftsman qualification is welcome but not required.

We’re looking for people with integrity, strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality projects successfully.

As a Bathroom Designer, you are the creative starting point of every unique project.

You listen carefully, understand our clients’ wishes, and transform them into tailor-made bathroom concepts with personality.

You combine aesthetics, functionality, and technical feasibility to create designs that inspire our clients and provide a solid foundation for our craftsmen.

As a plumbing and heating technician you are a central part of our projects.
You work on premium bathrooms, take responsibility for your work and bring your expertise to sanitary, installation and heating work.

Not everything is ever quite the same.
What matters is the willingness to think along and lend a hand in the heating side too – done properly, planned and without rush.
